The other half of my job on the web design team centered on the external site, MassMutual.com. As the base design changed little, I was generally working on banners and advertising graphics, as well as contributing to the design of new pages as they arose. In the instance below, I designed and developed a Flash "mini-site" to tie in with an external promotion. It was a way to meet the requests to "break the mold" of the existing site and go live quickly, since I could exercise some freedom of layout and simply hand over an entire "page" file to embed in an existing site page to a developer.
